I did this cake for my mother in law's anniversary/birthday cake.

It is very simple decorating. Hard to smooth because it is a recipe that I was given that looks and taste like Whipped Cream. Also, it is the first time I tried it and I have to get used to it.

Sorry, I wish I could give it out but it was confidentialy given to me.

It is called Whipped Cream Buttercream.

This is a sponge cake kinda cake, very dense. Fillings on top is "Dulce de Leche" (caramel type filling) and the bottom is pineapple.
