This may be a dumb question....do I mix this with an electric mixer or by hand? I've never made this and have no idea!

Also, can I make it now and ice my cake later tonight? If so, do I store it in the fridge in the meantime?

Mix it with an electric mixer icon_smile.gif

You can either keep it in the fridge, or seal it in an airtight container until ready to use....

I normally put it in the fridge, but make sure it comes back to room temp, and give it another quick mix before using.

I made for the first time yesterday and I mixed it by hand, it came out just great. I used it on the cake right away but I think you can keep it in the fridge and then just bring it up to room temp and remix.
