Hi everyone, I am working on a 4 tier stacked cake and an 11x15 sheet for a baby shower tomorrow. This is just a hobby for me but I am helping out a friend of a friend by making this. I have no idea how much to charge. She wants a minimum of 80 servings for the cake. I am making:

12" round Italian Cream Cake w/ cream cheese filling
10" round vanilla pound cake w/lemon curd filling
8 and 6" rounds both WASC w/raspberry cream filling
The sheet cake a chocolate with chocolate BC filling.
All will be iced with buttercream dream and some simple borders.

How much should I charge? Also, I think I have enough cake but any feedback would be appreciated on this as well.

Thank you!

I dont think you will really need that much cake for 80 servings...I would personally slash the sheet cake.

But Probably somewhere around $200?? A lot of it would depend on what the the decorations are...and well how good you are!! If it is a friend then maybe you cut her a deal!

Thats a lot of cake!!!!!!!
you have more than 140 servings in there!

12 - 45
10 - 30
8 - 15
6 - 8 total 98

and the sheet
50 people

I would use a 12 - 10 - 8 and no sheet

and charge 180 for bc simple desing and add more for fondant...
