Cake Deflating Why?????

Good Morning
Lately my cake cook up well but once the cool it is like the have deflated.

I want to make another cheeseburger cake but instead of a big mac I am going to have to make a Jr whooper. HAHAHA

What am I doing wrong????

I had a 10" round cake deflate recently and I discovered that it wasn't done in the middle, but I didn't realize it until I trimmed the (done) dome off the top. Most of my cake do deflate a little as they cool

Yeah, they do deflate if they are underbaked. Do they seem cooked in the middle when you cut them?

Or maybe does your recipe has too much liquids or oil or something?
