or should I wait?

I froze a cake with the intention of cutting it like shamrock, but this morning decided to leave it alone. I think if I sculpt the cake there may not be enough to feed everyone. Anyhoo, it's still mostly frozen and I wonder if I should wait to frost it or just get it done.

Anyone know?

I freeze all of my cakes first and then I frost them frozen. I have never had any problems.

Me too! It's so much easier to get your cake on the board nice and even when its frozen.
