If its for many people, I think ya should do a stacked cake with all the colors from their album cover...

Then ya could use wires and hang stars and mini records all over the cake...write the name of the band in the same font in candy melts and put them on the cake....maybe make some tiny rollerskates as well....

I remember them too but I also remember where or how they chose the name for their group. There was a roller derby team in San Francisco in the 50s when roller derby was just a big thing on television. They were called the Bay City Bombers. Could you do an edible image of one of their record albums?
