I finally bought my canon ip3000 at office depot today (74.00). with that said where should i go for the supplies besides kopykake, they seems kinda expensive?
Hi trent,
Congratulations on your printer...have fun.
I want one...can't wait to get one ![]()
ok i decided to get my supplies from kopykake i plan to buy the kopykake 24 assorted paper and the ink is their anything else i need . price wasn't to bad $78.00 before tax..
I only order my supplies from kopykake. I order the 1/4 sheet paper and the ink. I use my printer a lot and find that I do not need the cleaning cartridges. Every time I have used the cleaning cartridges...my print head gets clogged.
Make sure you turn off your printer when it is not in use. ![]()
Have fun...you are going to just love that printer! ![]()

I ordered my supplies today i hope i rec'd them by friday hubby birthday is coming up i did not get alot of help for the ship, so i decided to do a 2 layer sheet cake i will use his boot camp pic (salior uniform) and his current pic (chief uniform)
I just went through this process, Cindy. Unfortunately, Canon is changing their ink delivery system and all their new printers are the kind that Kopykake and the others don't make cartridges for....yet. I assume they will eventually, but.... There are a LOT of printers out there that will work, but the problem is finding one that is NEW. I found several of them on eBay and eventually bought the one I ended up with on Amazon. But, I researched all day trying to find the right combination. I ended up with the ip1500. I liked it because it uses the cheapest ink cartridges.
