This week has been extremely busy. I've had 4 cakes to do, clean my house, and prepare for a baby shower that I'm throwing for Sat. Anyways, 3 cakes down and one to go. Any advice, comments, feedback would be greatly appreciated, as this was my first washtub and purse cake. Thanks for looking. icon_biggrin.gif

Man you have been one busy woman and I thought I had a lot to do this week! icon_biggrin.gif the cakes look wonderful I love them all but the purse cake really caught my eye very good on all the detail and scroll work on it! Thanks for sharing!

WOW, yes that is a busy week.

Your cakes look gorgeous. I particularly like the purse cake. The colours go so well together. Oh and not forgetting the perfect workmanship.

They are all so cute! Great job! I have no idea how you are getting all of that done in one week, plus from your Avatar it looks like you might have little ones too.... I hope you give yourself some much deserved rest next week!

Your cakes turned out great! I can't even say which is the best because they all made me smile! You've earned a huge pat on the back! I know what you mean about a hectic week... I have four cakes, a total of twelve dozen decorated sugar cookies (different style of course!) AND my MIL is coming to visit from Florida tomorrow! AHHHH!! I will pay people to come over and help me clean! Hahaha! I can only worry about filling orders. The rest is going to have to be a joint effort! icon_wink.gif Seriously... I pay more than minimum wage! icon_lol.gif

Great cakes indeed! I love your buxom bride, and the purse cake is very detailed. In fact, I like them all very much! I have a similar week next week - not looking forward to it at all!!!

icon_redface.gif Thank you all soooo much for the kind words. I have really enjoyed this week even though there were times that I wanted to scream icon_mad.gif !!! On top of the cakes and the baby shower to prepare for I had 2 Dr. appts. ( one for me and the other for my 1 yr. old) and a parent/teacher conference day to attend for my 5 yr. old. Wow!! icon_eek.gif I'm just glad it's almost over with. Next week "hopefully" won't be as bad, I only have 2 cakes for next week and nothing else . . . so far!!!! icon_wink.gif

GREAT JOB! Those are all fabulous. It is so tough sometimes to think of all the stuff we have to do, but when you see those finished products, somehow it is all worth it!
