Help! I am new at using MMF, I am making butterflys and I am not sure how to glue the bodies onto the wings. What do I use? Piping Gel? Do I glue the body to the wings before it is dry or after both have dried? Thanks.

I would wait until they are dry so they can hold their shape, or if you are able to prop it with things in order for them to keep their shape while attached, it shouldn't be too big a deal either way. I have always just used vanilla extract, although I've heard of people using water too or vodka. The alcohol content in the vanilla and vodka evaporate quick so that there is a minimum chance of your colors running or bleeding.

I use royal icing to glue my pieceds together after they are well dried. The royal icing stes up quickly.
