Hello!
I'm making a cake for St. Patrick's day. I'm going to be using a MMF. What I want to do is cut little shamrocks out of the MMF and stick them on the side of the cake. However, I'm new at this and was wondering what would be the best to "glue" the shamrocks on the side. Please help!!!

a little bit of vodka will work, brush on back side and then stick on your cake, or vanilla, or other extract. Pretty much anything that has alcohol in it to evaporate quickly so your MMF won't get gummy.

I have used vanilla and lemon flavors to adhere.

I think most any liquid will work. I made some gum glue with 1 tsp gum arabic and 1 oz of water. A nail polish bottle or small jar and use an artist brush works well. You could also embroider shamrocks on with R.I. I am doing a St. Pat's cake too. Have fun! Slainte!
