I need some ideas. My friend Just found out that she's pregnant. I want to make her like a congrats/baby cake. But not like any regualar baby shower cake since she JUST found out that she is pregnant this week. Please help me with some cute ideas.

How about a pregnant belly cake? The wording you could use:

I'm so happy for you! Here's to wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

cake that looks like pregnancy testing strip....

but to kick it up a bit....

have a rabbit holding/checking it.
