Try on line at www.kitchenaid.com sometimes they have really good deals on discontinued colors.

If that doesn't work out for you, the best deal I've ever found without a spectacular sale is to use one of the 20% off coupons at Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens'n'Things.

I got a good deal on mine on QVC. At the time it was cheaper than anyone else. Check their listings they have Kitchenaid shows every so often . They could be having a show coming up soon . You never know sometimes they have the mixer as the Special Deal of the day. Thats how I got mine . I got the Professional 6 quart for $389.00 about 2 years ago . I had been looking at them for a while when they aired that show and they were cheaper than anyone else so I ordered it . I have never had any trouble with it . I know that is a lot to pay for a mixer but I know they last for years. icon_smile.gif

How ironic...My husband and I were just looking on ebay for a kitchen aid mixer. My mom said earlier that qvc does have them pretty cheap..I would love to have one but I haven't even had a cake order yet or finished the wilton courses. I told DH that when I get my first wedding cake order I will purchase that to go towards my supplies..lol..They sure do have some beautiful ones out there though..I suggest looking on ebay too.

I just checked QVC and they have several models listed some have cash rebates and looks like they have a free magazine subscribtion too. Might be worth looking into.

Wow, Doug! Those prices are great! I can't believe the Prof 6 model is 525 watts! And it's the same price as the heavy duty (which i've had for 13 years) but only 325 watt. Now I have Prof 6 envy!
