A relatively new but already loyal customer has requested this exact cake for a baby shower she is throwing. I was wondering if there was a pan for the dress? I really don't want to carve it even though it looks like it would be pretty simple. Also, she wants everything pictured, using lemon cake and BC icing - what would you charge for it? (I'm not doing the booties)

Thanks!
LL

Maybe Wilton's t-shirt pan?

I'd say $50 but I'd feel sheepish about it. But don't listen to me because I'm a NOTORIOUS underpricer!

If you do decide to carve, I'll be happy to share what I know so far...

I don't think there's a Wilton pan for that one, but I could be wrong. Could you use the T-shirt pan and then just shape the sleeves a bit?

Looks like the wilton t-shirt pan, but I think you can only find it on E-Bay

I would use the wilton t-shirt pan and trim the sleeves. I have seen the pan on e-bay lots of time and sometimes you can get it for almost nothing!

yep -- t-shirt pan adapted

$15-$20 each block

$15 for the bonnet

$30-40 dress

---------(calculating)---------

$90-$115 total -- since a "loyal" customer let it go for the $90 and you get to put out business cards.
