Is it best to use petal dust dry or mixed w/ something. Also do you only apply it to the edges of the petals or all over? TIA

I use it both ways depending on the look I want. When I want a solid color I mix it with vodka to paint the color on.

All depends on the look I'm going for. If I want sutle than just the edges.

I mostly use white gumpaste, because for some flowers there actually is a bit of white in them. I can dust the greenish bits at the bakcs/throats and the petal color where and with the intensity I need it that way. I usually use slightly darker/more intense shade at the edges to highlight them
