I am so overwhelmed. Do you ever think you have bitten off more than you can chew? well thats me. I almost never say no and then i want to shoot myself later.
Anyway. I am a wilton instructor and Michaels and I think I want to quit. I teach 2 nights a week and sunday afternoon. Plus they want me to do demos. It is really hard to get out at night. I have a 6 yr old a 3 yr old and i am pregnant (and I feel sick ALL day). My hubby has to leave work early to get home so I can go to work. I teach @ 6:3- but traffic ic so bad i need to leave at 5:30. then I don;t get home til almost 9 if not after sometimes. I feel like the pay sucks, but some money is better than none. The big problem is if my hubby leaves work early so i can teach, than it costs us money (b/c he makes more than i do anhour). But the good thing is my Micahels discount and I want to go to Wilton school and i get a 40% discount from them. I don;t know what to do...did i mention that we bought our first house???? Maybe I should tough it out for the money but is it worth it?????/
ok so now they i vented and still don;t feel better its almost time to go to work. icon_sad.gif

Just take a break if possible. Your body is under a lot of stress right now so you need to be in a good frame of mind and rest a lot.

First and foremost, your health, your children, and don't forget your DH are more important than a high stress level and exhaustion. Of course Michael's will keep dumping on you, don't you see the stamp on your head that says 'USE ME". icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif You need a break at least until after the baby. If you are worn out, how can you take care of yourself and the baby much less the rest of your family. There will always be a Michael's that needs a teacher and if they can drain you, it's not their problem. This really sounds harsh, Sorry, but I think priorities need to be stated. Cut back if you can not stop completely. One day a week, no demos. If you are not happy with the pay and you are taking a cut by your husband leaving work so that you can teach, then it's a no-brainer. Enjoy your family now without the stress. Once you children are in school, you can pick up teaching more classes again. icon_smile.gificon_smile.gif

totally agree with dldbrou. Family is first! AND your health. See if there's a massage therapist in the area you can trade a cake for a massage! Sounds like you could use one. I just had my second 6 months ago, so I feel for you! But once that baby is born, you won't be teaching ANY classes! Maybe you should ask them to find someone else to teach one of the other days?

I totally agree with those above, your family and the health of its newest member (though they havent made and appearence yet) is your priority. Rest, slow down, we all want to see those baby pics with a smiling mom in a few months, not once that has mommy with eyes bugging out and hair standing straight up from stress! icon_biggrin.gif
