I am fixing to make my first batch of BC. I am using the BC Dream recipe from here.

I am making it tonight but won't use it use it until Friday morning. I know you can leave it out or refridgerate it.

My question is what will work better? Should I make it and leave it out or put it in the fridge?
TIA

By the way I am Lauren from Gray, GA. I am very new to cake making and decorating. I have been doing amature cupcakes and such for years but I want to expand and get more detailed.

I think it is just personal preference, for me I like to refrigerate it in a covered container, than let it come to room temperature and give it a quick whipping with the KA, then it's good to go!

Welcome to cake central, my name is Patty I am very new to cake decorating I started around June 2006 I am a stay at home mom and have 3 little ones cake decorating is a hobby but now I want a business so currently looking for kitchen space to rent. I have used the same recipe from here for months now since I started cake decorating, I usually leave it in the fridge just in case, but I let sit out for a little to soften before decorating if I use it to ice a cake I thin it out real good and use right away then refrigerate the rest for borders and such later, hope this helps you,
