to torting! Just when I say to myself....I am not going to torte this cake, I will leave it alone......I torte it! LOL....I'm not sure why I really do this. I think that the cake looks better when it is cut. Does anyone else do this also..or is it just me?
I think torting looks awesome when they cut it, but also it makes the cakes a bit higher (which I love) and reduces the fat-tummy bulge I used to get......and it allows me to make them more level since you have 3 layers to play with.
Let me clarify.........It reduces the fat-tummy bulge on the cake.... the one around my waist continues to expand ![]()
