I can't figure out how to vote on contests.....I feel stupid!!

the voting doesn't open until after the deadline to submit photos. Once the deadline has passed you will see a place to vote under each photo.
this is what is listed under the rules of the contest.
Votes must be placed from February 20, 2006 - February 28, 2006
