How do I pipe chocolate?! I tried doing it this weekend, but as the chocolate touched the decorating tip and coupler, it hardened and wouldn't come out... Do I add anything to the chocolate before piping it?
HELP!!!!
Thanks everyone!!!
What are you piping? If you are just writing, you can just snip the tip of your icing bag, and not use a tip. This way when it starts to harden, you put it in th microwave for a few seconds.
i do exactly what subaru does... infact i have several bags with different colors that i use, red, white, black.. and when i'm done with them i throw them into a zip lock bag. Then when i need to use them again for piping and small projects i re-pop it in the microwave and use them again.
Thanks everyone, I'll keep that in mind!
But I actually wanted to make borders and rosettes (did I spell that right? LOL). How would I use a tip when piping chocolate!?
Thanks again!!
