Pleeeeeeeese Help -Where Can I Shop In Ny?

Long story short, live in the Middle East - our one and only cake store has 4 cake pans and red food color! I have been buying my supplies online and paying International Shipping 
But now I have a chance at getting my hands on some good old USA products as my husband is going to NY on business.
I would love it if anyone knows of a store in NY that he can make a phone order to, for dusts and colors and have them couriered over to his hotel. He won't have time to go to a store himself - but would I want him to I ask myself 
- he will be staying at the Waldorf but I'm afraid I have no idea where in NY that is. Thanks in advance to any NYer that knows of a store and their tel number.

I do not know anything about these stores but found them doing a ggogle search. Another option would be to order from a company online and have it shipped to the hotel.
