I was trying to find out how to do the stained-glass effect, but I couldn't find it anywhere. 
Could someone direct me to the right place???

What about out lining with black buttercream or royal icing and filling in with colored piping gel?

That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure if there were any specific instructions on how to do it anywhere. I will give your suggestion a try though. Thanks a lot!!
