I've never done one but from the look of it and knowing how expensive fondant is, I would guess about $65.00.

That cake is so cute!!! Do you know what size pans you are going to use???

I am thinking a 10 and 8 would be minimum 65.00 especially if you are using fondant.

WOW - that seems like a lot! I was planning on using MMF and 2 8inch pans. I have one that is slightly larger than the other. Here I was thinking of $30 - and to me even that was a lot! icon_redface.gif

I think pricing is tricky- i'm in indiana, and it seems that prices just aren't that hight. if you're using mmf and smaller pans, maybe 45-55 if you're in a smaller market

I made the same cake, using 2-9" cake rounds. I covered mine with fondant (I think the one posted above is covered with icing, as opposed to fondant)....anyway, I believe I priced mine at $50.

You should PM tripletmom and ask her how much she charged.

OK, we're missing the "head smack" emoticon! I don't know why I didn't do that! LOL...

I'm off to PM her! Thanks for the idea! thumbs_up.gif

I live outside Kansas City and I would personally charge $45-$50 dollars for this cake and use an 8" and a 10". I'd charge more if using anything other than marshmallow fondant. icon_lol.gif
