I actually bought store-made cupcakes for my sister's school Valentine's Day party! Urrgh!!! I told the school mom in charge of the dance I would make a cake, well, I went out of town for work and didn't have time to make the cake. I was so mad. I even had the idea (a plain ol' sheet cake - I know, it's not exciting, but I knew I was going to be short on time and it would be cut before anyone even saw it). I also had all the ingredients. When I was at the grocery store trying to pick out a cake, I kept thinking, "My cakes look and taste better!" Urrgh!!!!
