Boy, I'm just full of questions! Does everyone use original recipes in their businesses or do you tweak existing recipes?

It really depends on the product. What specificaly are you asking about? cookies, cakes, chocolates...?

If your asking about cake recipes, I use mostly recipes that I've found in cook books, or given by family/friends and tested.

Sometimes after testing the recipe I'll tweak it a little bit to my preference.
