Hi there..I am still learning some cake decorating techniques, but it is something that I really think about opening a business, because I really love baking and decorating..anyone know anything about florida laws regarding home baking????? icon_smile.gif Thank you.

You cvannot have a home business in Florida and have to work out of a licenced kitchen. I believe the exception to this is if you have a closed off kitchen from living areas and a seperate entrance. Here is the website for more info.

Are you located near Orlando? There was someone with a licensed kitched that was co-oping space in the Orlando area, found him on craigslist.
