You should probably add a little gumpaste. I have been working on dragons the last few days and trying to get the wings to stand is a bear unless I knead in some gumpaste and then use something to "hold" them up until they dry well enough. Is the horse too top heavy? maybe try making a "stand" on the feet that you can cover once it's on the cake.

yep it was too heavy, im trying to do it again, but the thing is that i was adding mmf so that it was more likely to starlite, but then i couldnt take out those lines from the attachment!!!!!So im going to start again in a little while!!!!!

any ideas on how to make a horse out of mmf will be really appreciated!!!!!

Sorry, it has been my experience that MMF is great for covering cakes, but terrible for molding figures. It just doesn't hold up/dry firm enough.

Perhaps try again with some other fondant? I usually use Wilton for this type of work, figuring most people won't eat it (and I can get it with my 40% off coupons)!
