Would anybody happen to have a website or link to a serving size charts, I am clueless. Thanks so much!

well, heres the wilton wedding cake serving guide.

when i do a cake for family events i usually imagine how i would cut it myself, and use that for the servings. (i like large pieces at my family gatherings!) but thats definintely not if i was getting paid for it.

Try earlenescakes.com too. She also has one but it gives fewer servings than Wilton. I try to stay somewhere in the middle of both.
