I made a batch of Toba's fondant last week and it just didnt fell right after I added everything to it. So last night I took it out to color it and it was so sticky and gooey, I added more sugar to it. It wasnt as sticky but still sticky! Can anyone help me figure out what I did wrong? I folowed the directions to a T. Do I need to add more PS to it? I tasted it last night and it was very very sweet. Thanks Megan
i had this same trouble with toba's recipe! i used more than a whole 2 lb bag of ps (and i used shortening) and it was still sticky. maybe its just her recipe.
