Last year I did extrememly well with cookies, but this year to save time I am going to use a RBC/MMF combo to do the main decorating on the cookies, with some royal details. Also going to try some chocolate covered oreos, with little chocolates in the shapes of bunnies and ducks on the top. Hoping to get to do a couple of cakes also - experimenting on a bonnet cake this week, also wantto try tomake an easter basket cake and large egg cake.

I will be doing Easter cookies-the regular stuff-bunnies, eggs, etc... And I am going to do a "peeps" collection as well. Baskets, bouquets, tins...

Thanks so much. I think it's the first cake that I had an idea of what it should look like and it came out exactly as planned. Now, if I could just get some of my customers to respond to the email I sent about it I'd be good. LOL.
