My Oops Wasn't An Oops Afterall!

so i decided i wanted to make cupcakes tonight. i asked my dh what kind he wanted and he said 'butter yellow'. so i was making butter cupcakes and oops! i put in a whole stick of butter when the recipe only called for 1/3 cup. THEN, i went ahead and added a capful of butter flavor for an added bonus. it wasn't until i had the cupcakes in the oven that i realized what i did. i was so sure that i had ruined them, but i baked them anway. well, i tried one and WHOA! they are really good! i think i'll mess up more often!!
