Tomorrow I have my 2nd class of the Wilton fondant/gum paste class and we're suppose to bring a cake.

Dumb question...but what type of cake/frosting would you use to go under the fondant...obviously I want something that will taste great -b/c most people pick the fondant off (I'm going to be giving away the cake)
