i am making a strawberry cake for my niece this weekend. i've already got a strawberry cake mix, whats the best way to doctor it up?

do you have the cake mix dr book? lots of ideas in there. if not let me know and i can look some up for you.

For a doctored strawberry cake mix, I like to use Finest Call Strawberry Puree instead of the liquid, add about 1/2 strawberry preserves and an extra egg. icon_smile.gif

I made a strawberry cake this weekend--made according to box instructions, with 1 small box french vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 Tbs. vanilla. Simple, but DELICIOUS! icon_smile.gif Check out these sites, too...
