This was my first cake that I actually sold. I know now that I did not ask for enough money. It was strawberry cake with strawberry filling, bc and satin ice fondant. I had a hard time with the satin ice sticking to my mat. Any tips??? But I thought it looked okay.

Very nice! As far as the sticking to mat did you try corn startch or powdered sugar?

Can't give you any tips but I just had to say WOW!!! This turned out great!!! Those earphones in particular look too real!!

Thanks guys! The cake is 2 layers of a rectangle 7x12 pan I had fun making it.
