I need to make a 11x15 sheet cake. Do I need to use a heat core or anything for the cake to cook evenly? Thanks Mistyscakes

k i should also mention that you should cook cakes at 325 and not 350 it won't bulge up near as bad but will take a little longer to cook.

Thank you so much. I'm new to this and I'm making my first paid cake this weekend. Misty
