The second, or bottom one. It looks like you used a #97 tip on it, which is one of my favorite rose tips.
So, How did you do it??? the ruffeled one, that is.
strawberry0121 - I just "smooshed" and pulled in lightly the end of the rose with the sharpened end of that little wooden dowel "roller" that comes with the Wilton gumpaste kit (the one that resembles a pencil). And then added some slight lines below it. I would make much more sense if I were explaining it earlier in the day lol.
OK - looks like the ruffle wins. I am just experimenting right now, but I think I'll keep the clean line one around for when I need something with cleaner lines. ![]()

So, you used Butter cream and then used the gumpaate tool after it crusted? or is it gumpaste?
