Thanks for the answers for my How do I tint coconut question.

I have one more quick question. After I tint the coconut, how do I dry it? Air dry it or warm it up in the oven?

Air dry it or put it on the cake were you want it and it will air dry that way too ...

Thanks for the tip! I wonder how long I can let it dry before using it. My color flow won't be ready until Tuesday and I'd like to get as much done before then as possible!

I dont know what your making are you covering the cake in the coconut?? or are you just laying it around for like grass ?? You can make your coconut and let it dry for a few hours and then you could put it in a container and wait till your ready to use it and it will be fine that way too if you want it dryed out then leave it out longer and it will be fine that way too...
