My chocolate cigarello/ruffle cake and two cake gift certificates brought in $200.00 each at the dessert auction last night. I was so happy to be able to add $600.00 on my own for our community center. YAY!!

Thank you. Have you seen Nati's tutorial on her website for making chocolate cigarettes? Still time consuming but easier than tempering chocolate, spreading it, waiting for just the right moment and then pushing the chocolate scraper to form each cigarette. These would also be more uniform in size as the acetate papaer is all cut the same length and width.
