When people say to add pudding to a recipe, does that mean to just add the powdered pudding mix? Or do I make the pudding and then add that to my cake batter? I'm so tired my brain is not really functioning!

I have been told to add the powder but then you need to add liquid to make up for the extra powder.

It means to add a box of the "dry" instant pudding mix. Just open the box and dump it in. I understand the confusion and believe me, you are not the only one that questions this. Better to ask than to be sorry when you pull the cake out of the oven. thumbs_up.gif

I just add the powder, but I also add a little extra oil too!
