Very nice. What would the inside cubic foot measurements be for that? What do you see as the difference between that and a cheep standard model? Does it bake better or is it the features that you like? I'll be getting mine at the ned of the month.

The standard cheapo oven was less than 4 cu ft. I was quite surprised, because I was going to cheap out. But 4 cu ft could only fit 2 of my muffin pans (my muffin pans have the weirdest dimensions and actually total my biggest size). Anyways, this one I believe is OVER 5 cu ft. 5.4 I think. So it is awesome!!

It is also convection, so I can CRAM it full, and everything *should* cook evenly. A normal oven, you would have to rotate in order to get it cooking evenly. icon_smile.gif

Ooooooh...I'm glad I found this thread!

Hubby is getting his annual bonus this week and wants to purchase a new range for me. This would just be for our home kitchen. We currently have a standard gas range and I hate the way it bakes. I've used a convection oven at by boss's house and loved how my cupcakes turned out! So we're thinking convection...

We're currently torn between one similar to Sugarbean's new range and another one by Jenn-Air. And we're looking at dual-fuel...I guess it's gas on top with an electric convection. Any opinions on brands or dual-fuel?

I went shopping today, here's what I'm getting...icon_smile.gif (really big icon_smile.gif )

Congratulations! You're going to love it. I have one similar to this one:

Except that I don't have the fifth burner, and mine has a warming drawer...that I use to store cookie sheets and cooling racks. (I've never even confirmed that it warms!)

I thought that dual-fuel was propane/natural gas, but I could be wrong.
