2"and 4" Mini Tiers........how Much To Charge?

Would someone please give me a rough idea what to charge for the mini tiers that are filled......iced and cover in polka dots?
I am having a hard time figuring out how much to charge without wasting my time!
What are people willing to pay for such tedious work?
Please help me on this!!!
For mini's I would charge $10-$15. I don't know if anyone in this area would pay that price, but personally after doing a few like that I wouldn't want to do one for less. If they don't want to pay then I don't want to make it.
The big thing is going to be what area of the world/country you live in. Each area you will find a large price difference.
