I am so upset.....got my new Epson CX3810, ordered my cartridges and icing sheets from KopyKake, go everything ready to go to print an edible image and I have a bad microchip on the black cartridge ![]()

Calmly read the instructions which say if this happens (which it does) to take the microchip off the Epson blank tank and place onto the KopyKake tank. I finally got the Epson microchip off and the KopyKake tank appears to be all one piece!!!! So, called KopyKake and the guy that answered the phone was nice and gave me the tech support guy's cell phone. I have left him a message and sent an e-mail to KopyKake! I am just so upset as I wanted to print out edible images today. Don't have a cake due, just wanted to play with it and get the feel of things ![]()

Has this happened of my fellow cc's out there? Is there anything I can do?
try PMing our moderator Lisa, she may be able to help....she's awesome with edible imaging things especially!
southern, something similar has happened to us before, when our system first arrived the kopykake edible cartridges were all clogged
brand new too !
Tech support swore there could be no blockages, etc, that it must have been our brand new Canon printer??????
Well thankfully we ordered the cleaning kit and walked through that process and eventually after the third try the print cartridges worked ! Tech support at KopyKake is not the best around !
Yeah...Kopykakes tech support blamed the federal government's switch in approved food colors for the reason her colors weren't printing correctly. The more I read, the more I'm wondering about these folks! I've not had any problems with them, though. So, apparently the results are mixed.
