Hi there,
I am hoping that you all can lead me to the best place to buy decorating bags, whether they be wilton or others. I am looking for the disposable ones that I can use with my couplers that dont cost a fortune since I seem to go through them fairly quickly!!
Any leads would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tania

If you have a JoAnn's or Michael's, buy the Wilton featherweight bags with the 40% off coupons instead of the disposable bags. I find they are much, much easier to work with than the disposable ones and you can wash them and re-use them.

I prefer disposable ones even in the long run if I am paying more for bags, mainly for me, the time is a big issue (and the hassle, i have a hard time getting featherweight bags clean, I only use an 20" for my icer tip)

But for Disposable I like Kee-seal 18" I do have the wilton ones but for me they are a little to small. kee-seals are a little more expensive than other disposable, but they are a very good product.

Well I guess that makes sense. I haven't had any problems with getting them clean...yet! LOL!

Have you tried the parchment triangle ones?..these are what I use. I think there are 100 to a box or so-I get mine at Walmart.

Good question because not all pastry bags are the same. Some are too slippery (Wilton's), some too stiff. I once bought some from Bakemark - I had to return them they were so slippery and had no support at all.

I recently switched to Kee-Seel 10" - and I love them - they feel good in your hand and stay closed so the frosting doesn't leak out the back end. I buy them wholesale from CK Products. Haven't ever seen them in stores ... sorry!
