Is it easy to work with.. From the description, I'm assuming it's chocolate and not fondant...Has anyone ever used it and how did you like it?

TIA

LOVE the taste but it gets really soft and stretches very easily.

Thanks JoanneK.. I'm thinking about ordering some and needed some input... Is it easy to fix little creases, or is it stubborn like fondant?

I ordered the sample pack ($1) and a tub of Choco Pan on Tuesday and got it on Thursday from Sweet Art Inc. and for only a $5 shipping charge. I have used MMF and didn't like the taste that much and after reading a lot of post on CC I thought I would give Choco Pan a try and found its not a bad taste. I'm in the experimental stages of finding an easier way of covering cookies (my way of saying lazy). It was pretty pliable and stuck to the wax paper a littlemore than the MMF but I put it in the freezer and had no problem taking it off the paper. I tried the Noire out of the sample pack and it smelled and tasted like chocolate. I used the brite white which is the whitest out of all of them and I think it tasted a little bit like white chocolate.
