The bottom layer is reportedly 10".

I'm guessing it should feed about 90 people, with a rich homemade cake.....close?

What would you charge to make something like that, if a 9x13 with a buttercream image is $35 and a 3D cake, done in fondant, the size of 1.5 9x13 cakes is about $65?

You would be better off doing a 12-10-8 layers. According to the chart on this site those sizes would give 118 servings. The 10-8-6 layers would give 78 servings. As far as charging I am not sure pricing varies according to area.
