Hi everyone,
I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I need to know what is the best way to put luster dust on buttercream without messing up your smooth work? I don't have an airbrush machine (I wish I did icon_cry.gif ). I have a first communion cake to do in a few weeks, and would really like it to "sparkle" for the little girl! Any help would be great!! icon_biggrin.gif
TIA

You can do it dry with a very soft brush. I posted a thread on this a while back and some kind soul recomended a blush brush... Hope that helps

A big soft blush brush works wonders, but don't buy just a cheapy one. OR, if you do, be careful because the bristles will sometimes come out and look like hair on your cake-UGH!!
