I Took My First Cookie Class

I took a 2 hour cookie class last night, I had the best time, learned some very great pointers, like to use Maragine, and high ratio shortening, also to use flower picks to hold your tissue paper in place.
I wish they had that over here, it would be fun to attend something like that.
I too wish we had a cookie class offered somewhere nearby. Where did you find it?
JUST AT MY LOCAL CAKE SUPPLY STORE. I WAS HAPPY SINCE THEY HAD A KITCHEN INSTEAD OF JUST TABLES LIKE MICHAELS.
