I don't know how to explain myself, but I'm having a hard time getting that white mark correct on a balloon cookie, the spot that looks like it's reflecting light?? Like a upside comma or a # sign, usually in the top right side?? There's been a few cookies I wanted to put it on, but it always looks wrong. Anyone have a pic for me to look at to show how to do it? THanks!

Yup, that's exactly what I'm talking about! LOL! After seeing yours I think my problem is they're not big enough, mine were too small. Thanks!

depending on your frosting you can dry brush white food coloring with a small flat brush to give you that effect. By dry brushing I mean like wet/dry like stenciling. (make sense?)

hope it helps.

Edited: I like the links that katskake gave

I "paint" it when the cing is still wet. I outline then flood my cookies; after flooding wait a couple of minutes then take a little of white icing with a toothpick and just drag it like your writing a comma. In this picture I put 2 in each balloon.

Thank you all so much, for the descriptions, pics and links. I can see now that it was definitely size, I had the right idea, but mine were too small. thumbs_up.gif
