Does anyone have a good recipe for crusting chocolate bc? Can I just add melted chocolate to the regular crusting bc recipe? Would I have to adjust anything else? I searched the recipes on here and didn't come up with anything.

I have personally found that when adding cocoa powder to the BC it makes it a bit bitter...especially ifyou accidentally add too much.
I like to melt chocolate chips and then let them cool for a few minutes and then add them to my normal BC recipe. This is my favorite way of making chocolate BC. If it gets a bit thick, I just add a bit more milk.
