Does anyone know how many party servings are in a single layer (2 inch) 11x15 cake?

I'm looking for regular sized servings...maybe 2x2 or even 2x3

i always quote 35 for that size cake 2x2 serving, although there is actually a few more servings if it was actually cut 2x2.

That is easy if you know what size you are cutting. Just do some math. 11x15 divide by 2 each way. taht equals approx 5x7=35

If you want 2x3 inch pieces that is about 5x5=25 servings.

make sense at all?

Geez yeah.....Can't believe that one didn't register in my brain!! I think I'm so nervous about making this cake that I'm over-analyzing LOL
