It must be the week for it. The other day I lost my balance and ended up plopping into the corner of the wall and have a huge bruise down my shoulder blade of my left arm. The I was taking a cake out of the oven and touched my left forarm to the oven rack and I have the nice line about 3 inches long on my arm. So all CC members beware! The left hand gremlins are out - run protect yourself icon_smile.gif (I always say I have two choices to laugh or cry and I vote to laugh! I hoe your fingers get better soon!

Oh no! Hope you feel better soon!

Yeah I think it must be the left hand gremlins...last month I put a burn the size of a quarter on my left wrist, somehow hit it on the side of the oven while taking something out....

Battle scars. thumbs_up.gif

I figure that if I don't get at least one bruise a week, I must be sick and bedridden. It's not that I'm clumsy, it's just that I do more things around the house that are meant for strong able bodied men. I am either moving something extremely heavy, remodeling something, or some type of manuel labor that is way out of my league. Dh has been going out of town on weekends for the last 8 months and I try to pick up the slack.

Well, I'm right there with you. Almost took off the tip of my left middle finger at work on Wednesday. Now i'm looking at gumpaste flowers that i need to do, and i'm afraid i'll split the sucker open again. I did buy some sealent for the cracks on your hands, its by Nexcare and looks like clear fingernail polish, but at least it is keeping stuff out of the cut so that it can heal.

time to step away from the kitchen tools people! LOL icon_smile.gif I almost always burn my arm or something on the oven from just not paying attention or trying to do to many things at once.
